Dr. Vivek Gaurav is the best nephrologist in Siliguri. My mother got admitted in Neotia, Siliguri on 29th May, with no hope that she will survive. But it is only because of Dr. Vivek Gaurav my mother is with us at home. He is god to us. I have never seen such a down to earth person ever in my life. Most importantly, even when my mom is discharged from the hospital, still he is just a phone call away. He listens to you patiently and goes beyond his level to help his patient and their family members. I still remember many such incidents when he came to see my mother in the hospital beyond his visiting hours, just to check if she is fine. It's not always the money you spent, it's the mental, emotional and physical support which we get matters. I am highly satisfied with the diagnosis he and his team has done which even a big hospital in Bengaluru couldn't do it. I will forever remain indebted to you Sir.
